Lining systems are more and more used to provide an environmental protection to the industrial and domestic waste disposals. The behavior of such lining systems can be critical during their installation and the placement of waste. First measurements from an experimental site are described. Two lining systems, HDPE geomembrane and bentonite membrane were described.
