There has been an important development in the use of cellular systems for the lining of channels. In the case of mining in Peru and the location and topographic configuration, the management of rainwater or other fluids that need to be conducted as open channels, have benefited from the introduction of this technique. To date, quantities that exceed more than 1000 km of channels have been built in many mining units in Peru since its introduction in the late 1990s. Currently, the lack of physical space together with an improvement in cost efficiency in construction has led to the application of an interesting variant that has proven to be very useful for the desired purpose, which is the use of a concrete filling system launched. . The theory and details that regulate this type of applications are presented below.
